REGISTRATION FOR WINTER 2023-2024 WAMS SPORTS IS OPEN
We are registering for sports in the Genesis Parent Portal under Student Data> Forms. In the Forms Library, please click on the link that says WINTER 2023-2024 Sports Registration.
Free 2023-2024 WINTER Sports Physicals will be held on OCTOBER 12 and OCTOBER 26 by appointment only. To sign up for the free physical, complete and submit the 'History Form' to the school nurse by the Monday before the exam.
Students can also get a sports physical by their family physician.

Sports Physical Forms
All physicals for spring sports must be less than 365 days old by the start of the first practice for each sport. If your child’s physical is more than 365 days old before the first day of practice, you must schedule an appointment with your family doctor to get an updated physical and drop off the paperwork at the WAMS main office.
If a physical expires during a particular sport, the student-athlete may continue until that sport is completed but must get a new physical before their next sport. Paperwork for new physicals can be found by visiting the WAMS Health Office web page and clicking Athletic Sports Physical and Health History Update form.
